Your event or story and deadline are as important to us as it is to you, so we'll do whatever we can to present you with a great package of the highest quality. However, it must be noted that since we work with what we're given and strive to make the best images we can, extenuating circumstances can arise to prevent the final product arriving as desired. Equipment failure is not uncommon with digital cameras, memory cards and computers. Should a technical problem arise, we expect payment for the time we spend on the job, and will work out a payment plan for the rest. Images are sold "as is".
